We are hiring for the position of Manager/Senior Manager-Finance to be based out of our Punjab unit at Rajpura.
Location: We are hiring for the position of Manager/Senior Manager-Finance to be based out of our Punjab unit at Rajpura, Punjab or Baddi (Himachal)
Qualifications and experience: CA or ICWA with 5-7 yr experience in Plant accounting
Overall responsibility for delivering Financial, Cost and Compliance controls at the unit as well as working with the unit team to achieve all KPI’s of the unit.
• Responsibility for correctness of Unit Financials and reporting of unit P&L
Ensure Proper Internal Control system is implemented & followed at the unit. Responsible for internal audit of the unit.
Responsible for month / year end closing activity and reporting
Responsible for statutory compliances with respect to GST and all statues. Liaison with the various govt. authorities.
Preparation and monitoring of Unit Budget. Product Costing validation and efficiency reporting
Manage local procurements
Responsible for custody and control of Fixed Assets
Controlling unit overheads. To track unit performances on a regular basis and drive attention to key performance indicator driving cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives at the unit
Inventory control / management
Key attributes:
Strong analytical skills
Well versed in unit accounting and Inventory management
Ability to pay attention to detail
Have a positive attitude to work
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP is MUST.
Only CA/CMA with 2-5 yr Exposure in F & A/Costing & Forex and willing to work at Baddi or Rajpua need apply.
