Job Responsibilities:

Senior Manager-Engineering- for Laeding Textiles (Worsted) Manufacturing Company, Amritsar 

Job Description/KRA’s 

1 Analysis of pending work/break down of Mechanical workshop and Finishing department machinery and if any critical problem arises take immediate action to resolve the problem

2 (i) Take the round of all the washing machines stenters, K.D , Super Finish and all other machine of Dry section.

(ii) Check and observe for any abnormalities, wear and tear

(iii) discuss with production team to spare the machine for SPM as per SPM schedule.

3 As per I.M.S. schedule and discussion with production HOD machines are taken for SPM.

4 Daily analysis of spares consumption and monthly updation to HOD Engineering.

5 Liasoning with store and purchase for inventory control of Mechanical spare in Finishing.

6 Briefing and discussion with HOD about running jobs of the Day and its completion.

7 Maintaining all registers of EMS/ISO pertaining to Finishing maintenance.

8 Ensure statutory compliance related to workshop equipment’s, Safety during work activities involving risk.

9 Daily attend the major/critical breakdown of machines as & when required. Always available for any urgency/ major breakdown on machine

10 Plan the loading/unloading of machines. Ensure proper safety for man, machine and equipment’s.

11 Working on machines during project activities
