Job Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSEhin

Responsible for sales, marketing & Dispatches for EPC turnkey Projects in international

market. Responsible for analysing the sales potential, customer needs, market opportunities and pricing of

services and goods.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL MARKETING :

• Coordinating with foreign clients through mail and telephone.

• Develops new prospects and interacts with international customers to increase sales of an

organization’s products and/or services

• Coordinate with purchase department to follow-up the order status.

• Handling customer queries. And visiting different countries for meeting them(International

Traveling)

• Keeping records for pending and dispatched orders.

• Follow ups on outstanding payments.

• Preparation of Documents required from sales team for export.

• Development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness

among current and potential customers

• Build relationships and partnerships with key marketplace partners and suppliers

• Undertaking competitor research & propose changes required to stay ahead in the competition

• Support in the launch of new products worldwide

• Liaising with creative agencies

• Driving internal and external communications.

• Working alongside the Design team in the creation of product brochures and catalogues.

• Hold meetings with clients and clearly communicate our company profile and offerings to them.

• Analyse market from time to time and present reports about the present & expected future

scenario .Generate new quality customers& esquires

• Achieve sales target Familiar with international variances in cultural and legal issues as

pertaining to sales

• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Internal: Logistics, Purchase, Documentation, Finance&Accounts Team

External: Data Consultants, Customers, Buyers, Visa Offices, Competitor Mapping Agencies
