Job Responsibilities:

Weaving Section Equipment Maintenance:

• Perform repair and troubleshooting of electronic systems in HTVS Looms and Picanol Looms.
• Diagnose and repair PCBs, drives, and control systems within the weaving machinery.
• Address and resolve PLC or electronic control system failures in the loom systems.

Spinning Section Equipment Maintenance:

• Oversee the maintenance of Autoconer 238, 338, X5 machines, Zenser, and NSC machines.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on electronic systems and PLCs in spinning machinery.
• Ensure all spinning machinery operates efficiently to reduce downtime.

1. Finishing Section Equipment Maintenance:

• Manage the repair of KD, Superfinish, and Stenter machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, drives, and sensors in the finishing section.

1. Dyeing Section Equipment Maintenance:

• Maintain and repair Softflow, RF Dryer, and other dyeing equipment.
• Focus on electronic control systems, ensuring optimal operation of drying and dyeing processes.

1. AC/DC Drives and PLC Systems:

• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of AC and DC drives across all sections.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems for automation in textile processes.

Collaborative Problem Solving:

• Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve electronic malfunctions.
• Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their technical skills.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for electronic systems.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain records of repair activities, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
• Prepare reports on repairs, failures, and actions taken to improve reliability.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety protocols.
• Conduct safety audits and promote a safe working environment.
