Key Responsibilities:

• Regular monitoring of production lines to ensure parts are being produced as per the control plan.

• Preparing and maintaining quality reports.

• Conducting Root Cause Analysis for internal and customer quality complaints.

• Planning and implementing Poka Yokes and other quality improvement measures.

• Identifying and resolving quality defects.

• Actively participating in the development stage to ensure products and processes are designed for quality.

• Improving processes to enhance quality levels.

• Using quality tools like SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement System Analysis) to drive quality improvements.

Salary: 30-35000/- PM
