Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hard and Soft Landscape Manager to oversee the design,
implementation, and maintenance of all landscape-related works for our project(s). This role
requires expertise in both hard landscaping (e.g., paving, structures, irrigation systems) and
soft landscaping (e.g., planting, turf, soil management), with a strong focus on quality control,
aesthetics, sustainability, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Execution:
• Oversee and manage all phases of hard and soft landscaping projects from concept to
completion.
• Coordinate with architects, landscape designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review landscape designs, construction drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
Hard Landscaping Duties:
• Supervise installation of structural elements like pathways, retaining walls, paving,
lighting, drainage, and irrigation systems.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and design intent.
Soft Landscaping Duties:
• Manage plant selection, soil preparation, planting, lawn installation, mulching, and
maintenance.
• Ensure health and aesthetics of plant materials through proper horticultural practices.
Team & Contractor Management:
• Lead and supervise landscaping crews and third-party contractors.
• Monitor work progress, assign tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to site teams.
Quality, Compliance & Maintenance:
• Ensure all work complies with environmental, quality, and health & safety standards.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans for landscape elements.
• Manage landscape maintenance schedules post-installation.
Procurement & Budgeting:
• Assist in procurement of landscaping materials and equipment.
• Track project costs, control wastage, and work within budget constraints.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related
field.
• 5–10 years of experience in landscape management with a strong portfolio of hard and
soft landscape projects.
• Sound knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape materials, plant care, and soil
science.
• Familiar with landscape design software and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.
Working Conditions:
• Primarily site-based role with travel to various project locations.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• May require flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
