Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy CRM Executive with a strong background in REAL ESTATE to manage customer relationships, streamline communication, and enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably In 4velocity, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to prospective buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and promptness.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Track and follow up on leads, bookings, payments, and documentation.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to support decision-making and improve customer engagement.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through the post-sales process.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding project updates, milestones, and handovers.
- Support marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives using CRM tools.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with In 4velocity CRM software is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
