Job Summary:

Sr. Manager Accounts-Chartered Accountant at Ludhiana for Manufacturing Industry: KRA’s

CA with 5-10 yrs relevant Post-Qualification experience in overall Supervision of Accounts & Statutory Compliance in a manufacturing Industry with exposure of Tally ERP Software and Advance Excel. 

1. Preparation of Accounts & Financial Statements and Monthly profitability and P & L reporting

2. Maintenance and development of (MIS), Internal Controls for accurate reporting of data to Head to Office

3. Sound Knowledge of Payments Receivable/Payable Control, Budgeting,Taxation,Compliance,MCA and Varianace analysis. 

4. Good Knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Advance Excel

5. Overall Supervision Accounts in manufacturing Units .

Financial Accounting, GST, Preparing Annual Reports, monthly P & L analysis, Accounts Payable & Receivable,IT,GST,TDS and routine F & A responsibilities.

6. Statutory Compliance, GST and Liaison with Govt/Tax Authorities, ROC, MCA Compliance.

Monthly variance analysis and implementing cost effective tools to control the operating expenditure.

Formulating and implementing sound processes and control systems for overall operations.

Monthly scrutiny of Trial Balance & profit & loss account of the plant of a Food products manufacturing company.
