Warehouse Operations Head-China Location: Tianjin-China

Qualifications: B.Tech/DME/MBA

Experience: 8-10 yr overseas experience of China-sourcing of Bicycle Parts/Allied Products and/or International Trade, Managing Warehouse and Business expansion while living in and working from a leading Industrial City of China.

Must have lived or visited China frequently for Sales or Purchase of Bicycle/Bicycle Parts

Must have travelled to China for Sourcing & Vendor Development with expertise in managing Warehouse activities, Inventory Control, Dispatch & Logistics, SCM, Supplier Quality assessment and sample inspection & approval with focus on Product Quality & Cost Saving techniques

1. New Vendor Development, Quality & Price Negotiation & Finalization with vendor, PO releasing, Material Delivery and Payment terms as per rules. Must have techno-commercial skills to identify New Suppliers, ensure Quality,receipt & dispatch etc.
2. Analyze the market and delivery system to assess present and future material availability and alternative sources of supply in China/neibhouring countries.
3. Developing of alternative Chinese sources for Procurement of engineering components, Entire Transportation Activities for Material Movements of Purchaseured/Imported spares and Custom Clearance etc.

4. He will be responsible to manage and grow a team of 6+ with KRA’s like Legal(Visa), Accounting, Supplier Quality as Head.
