Role & Responsibilities/KRA’s for Assistant Manager/Dy. Manager Bicycles BOP Stores

1.     Send store signal against shortage to Purchase, PPC based on daily stock position of Bicycle parts for manufacturing unit

2.     To raise requisition according to approved monthly production plan.

3.     To get cleared non-moving, slow-moving items as per management decision

4.     To maintain ERP on daily basis

5.     To keep watch on material handling equipment such as fork lifter, Hand Pallets truck etc to ensure proper movement of material.

6.     To authorize all receipt and issue document

7.     Co-ordinate with material and other related department

8.     To receipt material according to receipt document

9.     To update material record in system

10. To issue RGP, NRGP and updation of computer system in erp

11. To assist store supervisor and executive for issuing daily stock signals/ shortage list to Purchase Deptt.

12. To prepare over stock, dead stock and outstanding reports

13. To receive requisition slip from vendors shops and issue material accordingly

14. Meeting with Marketing, Purchase & NPD deptt to liquidate old stock in-house use or sale to local supplier and other importer

15. Also followup with Marketing team to liquidate stock

16. To keep watch kitting and material send to SKD line

17. Motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment

18. Maintain 5s

Adherence of system as per ISO, SEDEX requirements.
