Job Responsibilities:

Vendor Development: Leveraging an existing database of fastener vendors for faster
access and quickly onboard new vendors.
Product Development & Sourcing: Drive the sourcing and development of special
fasteners as per given specifications
Costing Analysis: Detailed costing analysis from raw materials to finished product of new
products.
Market Insights: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, raw material pricing, and
manufacturing processes, helping in smart purchasing decisions.
Data Management & Reporting: Utilize Excel effectively for data management, tracking,
and reporting purchase-related metrics and vendor performance
Technical Expertise: Proven skills in vendor development, product sourcing, and costing
analysis specific to special fasteners.
Database & Network: MUST BRING A READY AND COMPREHENSIVE DATABASE OF
RELEVANT FASTENER INDUSTRY VENDORS.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Excel for cost analysis, data management, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mech Engineering ( B.Tech Mech Engg. ) or similar
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with vendors.

for cost analysis, and the ability to support innovative product development ( special
type of fasteners ) and efficient sourcing.
