Location :   Ludhiana | Exp. 5-8 Years | Salary : 3,60,000-5,40,000 INR Per Annum

Job Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Manage quality assurance processes across incoming, online, and final
inspections, ensuring adherence to product drawings, quality standards and specifications.
Testing and Inspection: Conduct performance testing, including both destructive and
non-destructive testing including designing of fixtures for testing.
Testing Equipment Proficiency: Expert in operating testing equipment such as UTM,
Spectro, Impact Testing, and other tools.
Standard Compliance: Possess full knowledge of IS and DIN standards relevant to
fasteners. ( Knowledge of BIS standards will be of added value )
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations on
quality metrics using Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven hands-on experience in the fasteners industry, with expertise in quality
assurance and control processes.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient with testing equipment (UTM, Spectro, Impact Testing).
Standards Proficiency: Strong knowledge of IS and DIN standards for fasteners.
Software Skills: Competent in Excel, PowerPoint, and related software for data analysis
and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. ( B.Tech Mech Engg )
5+ years of experience in quality control in fasteners manufacturing

This role requires attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and hands on skills
of executing tasks independently
