Manager/Head-HR & Liaison:
MBA-HR with minimum 10 year experience as Manager-HR with focus on HR and Govt Liaison, peple & Culture management and HR Policy formulation and implementation, linking KPI’s/KRA’s with PMS,Training & Development aimed at Competence Development in Manufacturing industry engaged in Scaffolding/Light engineering/Exports.He must have good exposure to Liaison with Government Authorities like Pollution Control Board, PSPCL,Police, Municipal Corporation, Labour courts and other departments.
Committed Professional with proven track record of Competence Development & Leadership abilities.
The position requires Strategic HR Planning | Stakeholder Management | Employee Engagement | Competence Development | Performance Assessment | Succession Planning With Analytical as well as empathetic approach to handle People & Culture related HR issues across company to bring out the best of his team.
Candidate should have a strong urge and commitment to serve people and positively impact their lives.

Manpower Planning, end to end recruitment and help in formulating Retention Strategies.
Formulation of HR Policy, Devising SOP’s for various Departments and linking KRA/KPI with PMS and Objectives
To Impart various training for newly recruited, educate about values and objectives of company through induction.
Identification of Training Requirements through process of performance appraisal & skill gap analysis,Competency Mapping etc.
Obtaining feedback for determining the effectiveness of training programs & carrying out
Frequent coordination meetings with other departmental heads, unit head for assessing sudden requirements in terms of resource and manpower.
