Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage the HR department including recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee
relations.
• Design and monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR
initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to develop workforce and succession plans.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies and
labor law requirements.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
