Job Responsibilities:

– Oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes.

– Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 300 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

– Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

– Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and quality control, to streamline operations.

– Monitor and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the bicycle or automotive industry.

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large team.

– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

– In-depth knowledge of production management, supply chain management, and quality control processes.

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
