Profit Center Head-Retail Mall Operations at Ludhiana

Location :   Ludhiana | Exp. 18-22 Years | Salary : 30,00,000-40,00,000 INR Per Annum

JOB PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for the overall operations, strategic growth, and profitability of Mall & Retail Shopping center at Ludhiana.

This role involves end-to-end management, including Revenue Generation & Leasing strategy, Marketing, Facility Management and financial performance as well as Profit & Loss management of the Mall.

The position will drive business strategies to achieve growth targets, optimize resources, ensure service quality, Superior Customer Experience, Visitor delight and expand market share.

Job Profile:

1. Formulate annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for revenue generation, sales Budget and

financial performance of the Property.

2. Oversee end-to-end Operations processes to ensure quality standards, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

3. Strengthen relationships with key Accounts, Distributors, retailers, and clients.

4. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to formulate effective marketing/Revenue generation campaigns.

5. Drive profitability by managing the P&L (Profit and Loss) of the business unit.

6. Control operational costs, improve margins, and optimize resource utilization.

7. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.

8. Optimize procurement strategies, Vendor Management, Renewal of Annual Maintenance contracts (AMCs for MEP services) and other services/supplies to ensure cost efficiency.

9. Ensure efficient warehousing, inventory management and logistics lines for smooth Operations of the Retail Mall.

10. Ensure adherence/Compliance with local and other Govt. Regulations.

11. Build and lead high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance & Facility Operations.

12. Any other task assigned by Board of Directors from time to time

JOB SPECIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES & JOB REQUIREMENT:

Degree in Commerce or Business administration with minimum age needs to be 42 years.

20 years of minimum experience with at least 5 years’ experience in leadership role as HOD or Profit Center Head/ Business unit Head.

Proven experience in managing P&L of the business unit and driving business profitability.

Exceptional leadership, decision making and people management skills.

Ability to analyze market trends, financial reports, and operational reports.

He must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, initiative, Negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are essential requirements.
