Salary- 1 lakh to 1.5 lakh
-Manage all aspects of project execution including but not limited to schedule development and management, budget development and management, internal approvals, design and construction document production, RFP processes, construction, MEP, furniture, move, Responsible for ensuring project is executed within defined schedule and budget
-Review all proposed plans and construction documents to identify possible value engineering and cost reduction opportunities
-Coordinate with Construction Managers and the Supply Chain department to identify and partner with select vendors to perform outsourced services for an assigned project
-Carry out plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction
-Plan, manage and coordinate minor workspace modifications & construction activities in the region and ensure they are in compliance with various Access, Fire & Safety standards
-Knowledge/experience in use of Project Management software/tools
