Job Responsibilies:
Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth and expand market share in Hyderabad &
AP.
Channel Management: Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and
retailers.
Product Knowledge: Ensure a deep understanding of CP fiƫngs and sanitary ware to provide
technical guidance and support to clients.
Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor achieves, and customer
preferences to devise effecve sales strategies.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring target achievement
and operaƟonal efficiency.
Revenue & Profitability: Focus on achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and improving
profit margins.
Customer Relaonship Management: Maintain strong B2B & B2C relaonships to enhance
customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have 7-10 years of experience in the bath fiƫngs industry.
Strong product knowledge of CP fiƫngs & sanitary ware.
Proven ability to manage regional sales, dealer networks, and channel partners.
Excellent communication, negoaon, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a result-driven approach.
