Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support the real estate
sales team in managing client interactions, scheduling site visits, maintaining documentation,
and coordinating with internal departments. The role is essential in ensuring a seamless
customer experience and assisting in the smooth execution of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations including handling inquiries,
scheduling site visits, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clients for meetings, documentation, and site visits.
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system and ensure all information is
accurate and up to date.
• Support in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and property brochures.
• Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex ones to the appropriate team
members.
• Assist with sales event planning and on-site coordination.
• Help process booking forms, KYC documents, and post-sales paperwork.
• Track leads generated through various channels and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Ensure a welcoming experience for walk-in clients and provide basic property details.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in real
estate or a related sector.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to learn.
