Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote company products in the

bath filings and sanitary ware industry.

 Identify and target new sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

 Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor

achieves in the local market.

 Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

 Handle client queries, negotiate deals, and ensure timely closure of sales.

 Collaborate with the marking and product teams to ensure the effective promo of

products.

 Prepare and submit sales reports, including market insights and customer feedback.

Key Requirements:

 Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales within the bath filings, sanitary ware, or similar

industry.

 Languages Known: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language of Bihar

 Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory if required.

 Knowledge of the local market and its dynamics.
