JOB DESCRIPTION :

Business Head for EV unit manufacturing Electric Bikes-Ludhiana

� Spearheading Manufacturing, operations, sales & marketing of products, increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals.

� Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.

� Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

� Heading Production, Quality, NPD, Sale, Purchase, Inventory, Packing and Dispatch. You shall be sole responsible to get maximum utilization of resources to achieve desired result from team.

� Your performance shall be monitored based on Production growth , Sales growth, Minimum Inventory level, cost control, Optimization of quality, Addition of NPD ranges, Budgeted manpower and Sustainable growth of profitability.

� Implement SOPs, service strategy, process, equipment & capacity and implementing production / process control, cost management & quality initiatives to ensure top & bottom line profitability.

� Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management.

� Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time Dispatch.

� Allocate resources effectively and make sure of proper utilization of resources

� Achievement of Company Sales target with payment collection through team.

� Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping updated of market trends in Electric Bikes and make strategic moves to increase the market share.

� Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving the business targets.

� Preparing business development of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.

� Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst the team members.

� Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees.

� Communicate with employees about performance expectations.

� Give useful feedback to employees.

� Recruit, hire and on board new staff with the support of HR team.

ï�¬ Determine KPIs of your team and measure them on a regular basis and weave the KPI’s in Appraisal System.

� Stay up to date with latest market trends, best practices and technology.
