JOB DESCRIPTION :

Business Head for Turnkey Projects/Sale of Project Machinery in West Africa Market based at Ludhiana

ï?¬ Spearheading entire operations with focus on sales & marketing of Turnkey Projects for Cement,Carbinated Soft Drinks/Pure Water/Beer/Chemicals like Caustic soda/Pesticdes/Steel Rolling Mills etc.

increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals.

ï?¬ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.

ï?¬ Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

ï?¬ He shall be solely responsible for maximum utilization of Human resource/International Marketing Team for Turnkey Project Sales for West African Markets and achieve desired result.

ï?¬ Your performance shall be monitored based on Sales growth, Minimum Inventory level, cost control, Optimization of quality, Addition of NPD ranges, Budgeted manpower and Sustainable growth of profitability.

ï?¬ Implement SOPs, service strategy, cost management & quality initiatives to ensure top & bottom line profitability.

ï?¬ Participate in various activities related to 

ï?¬ Achievement of Company Sales target for Turnkey Projects with payment collection through team.

ï?¬ Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping updated of market trends in Turnkey Projects and make strategic moves to increase the market share in West Africa Region.

ï?¬ Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving the business targets.

ï?¬ Preparing business development of the African region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.

ï?¬ Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst the team members.

ï?¬ Build and maintain a trusting relationship with Overseas Customers.

ï?¬ Communicate with employees about performance expectations.

ï?¬ Give useful feedback to employees.

ï?¬ Recruit, hire and on board new staff with the support of HR team.

ï?¬ Determine KPIs of your team and measure them on a regular basis and weave the KPI’s in Appraisal System.

ï?¬ Adhere to company’s rules and regulations

ï?¬ Stay up to date with latest market trends in business of Turnkey Projectd, best practices and technology.
