JOB PURPOSE:
This position will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets of projects in Africa market.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) -Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through digital networking, cold calling, and referrals
2) -Exploration & closing the deals of new domain products apart from Chemicals and turnkey Projects from defined markets.
3) -Market & competitors data analysis to make proactive strategies.
4) -Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
5) -Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
6) -Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
7) -Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts
8) -Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
9) -Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
10)-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Purchase,Accounts & finance,logistics & documentation ,Store,Clients ,HR, IT etc.
QUALIFICATIONS, Age, & SKILLS:
1) Any Graduate with minimum age 35 Years.
2) Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales targets with minimum 8 years of work experience preferably in import export or trading sector
3) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and overcome objections.
4) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information and articulate value propositions.
5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
6) Ability to travel internationally whenever required.
7) Should be proficient in MS Office, Excel etc..
8) Should be confident, result oriented and work well under pressure.
9) Should have a go getter attitude.
